Definitions
“Company” means Forest Carbon Capture, trading as CarbonConscious.
“Donor” or “you” means the person(s) or company whose order for the Donation is accepted by Company.
“Donation” twelve monthly payment, to enable the Company to plant and secure seven trees on your behalf.
“Initial Term” 12 months.
“Notice” email Cancellation@CarbonConscious.com a minimum of seven (7) days prior to twelve (12) month term ending.
“Recurring Term” 12-month term would renew if Notice not served.
Donations
You will purchase a Donation every month for a minimum of the Initial Term.
The Company will charge the amount stated at the time of first Donation using the payment method Donor specify’ s.
Donations begin as soon as you have completed sign up form.
Donations automatically renew for Recurring Term unless you give Notice to the Donation.
Company reserves the right to cancel Donation at any time.
CarbonConscious may change its monthly Donation price. Donor will be informed at least 30 days’ prior to the change.
If you wish to donate, you will be asked to supply relevant Donation information, such as your name, email address, credit card number, credit card expiration date, credit card billing address.
YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE PERMISSION TO USE THE CREDIT CARD THAT YOU SUBMIT IN CONNECTION WITH the Donation.
You grant to us the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the Donation.
Verification of information may be required prior to acknowledgment or completion of any Donation.
Upon email request – request@carbonconscious.com – the Company will provide reasonable proof that carbon offset projects will OR were undertaken to offset ten tonnes of carbon per Donor per Term.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of England & Wales
Liability
Except as required by Governing Law, Company, its officers, directors or employees, or their respective affiliates, will not be liable for any damages arising from donations, or carbon offset activities, including without limitation damages for loss of goodwill, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data, and computer failure or malfunction.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Donation is to cease your Donation by Notice.
